I am a single mother of an 18 year old (Jeremy), who is leaving soon for the Army. I am an Army Brat myself and have a long line of Military family. I am the middle child of 5 and through that have learned a great deal of patience, flexibility and perseverance. I graduated from U of A and Helen Keller Institute where I received a degree in education and Deaf/Blind intervention. I taught at Arizona School for the Deaf and Blind (ASDB) for 15 years. I am fluent in American Sign Language and a communication intervener. At ASDB I learned so much from each child as they taught me so much about individuality. My goal is to help your child reach and know their potential and achieve their dreams. <br /><br />Daily schedule starts with Math, Word Study, Lunch, Reading, Social Studies, Science and Recap on daily activities. Please provide you child with a healthy lunch and please send water bottles. We are in our hottest part of the year. <br /><br />As you may know school budgets are tight and we appreciate any donations for supplies you can offer.
